From the first crop of Redoute's Choice's Group 1 Sires' Produce Stakes and Group 1 Champagne Stakes winner King's Legacy, Lot 231 is out of the Group 3 placed Excellent Art mare Family Portrait, the dam of four winners from four to race highlighted by the high-quality racemare Foxy Frida, a winner of the Group 3 RA Lee Stakes, as well as the Group 3 placed Ritratto.

With Foxy Frida resuming with a quality fourth in the Group 3 Frances Tressady Stakes, the Andrew Noblet trained mare looks in for another quality campaigned aimed at securing further black type and adding to the value of Lot 231.
